Cyprus Confidential is an international investigative journalism project examining financial services in Cyprus and their role in offshore finance, sanctions avoidance and the implementation of Russian state goals.

Led by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, Paper Trail Media and media partners, the project drew on leaked files and involved more than 270 journalists in 55 countries and territories. Its reporting has included documents concerning companies linked to Roman Abramovich, administered through a network of offshore firms in Cyprus.
