Daniel Joseph Kinahan (born 25 June 1977) is an Irish suspected crime boss and former boxing promoter. Ireland’s High Court has named him as a senior figure in organised crime.

Kinahan is charged with directing the activities of a criminal organisation between 18 October 2015 and 6 April 2017. The charge is an allegation, not a finding of guilt. In 2026, he was arrested in the United Arab Emirates and extradited to Ireland.

At a hearing before the Special Criminal Court, his solicitor said a bail application would be made through the High Court. The defence was also seeking an expert to examine digital evidence. Kinahan was remanded in custody as the case continued.
