Gabby Bertin, formally Gabrielle Louise Bertin, is a British Conservative member of the House of Lords and a political aide. She is also known as Baroness Bertin or Lady Bertin.

In 2025, Bertin made recommendations in a review of pornography regulation. The review highlighted pornography depicting women being choked and role-play involving incest or adults portraying children. It said the industry had faced a “total absence of government scrutiny.”

The UK government later announced that online pornography depicting strangulation or suffocation, sex between people who are related or pretending to be related, or someone pretending to be under 16 would be illegal from 6 November. Bertin welcomed the change and called for better enforcement and stronger regulation.
