Jeffrey Mark Donaldson is a former Northern Irish politician. He was leader of the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) from 2021 until 2024 and represented Lagan Valley in the UK House of Commons from 1997 to 2024.

The DUP is a unionist political party in Northern Ireland that supports keeping Northern Ireland in the United Kingdom. Donaldson resigned as party leader and gave up his parliamentary seat after his arrest in 2024.

Donaldson was convicted of 18 offences involving two girls between 1985 and 2008: one count of rape, four counts of gross indecency and 13 counts of indecent assault. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison, with the terms for the two victims to be served consecutively. He denied the allegations.
