LeShuttle is a railway service that transports road vehicles and their passengers through the Channel Tunnel between Calais, France, and Folkestone, United Kingdom. It began operating on 6 May 1994.
Cars, vans, buses, motorcycles and bicycles travel inside enclosed shuttle trains. Heavy goods vehicles are carried on separate trains, and their drivers travel in a passenger carriage. The service is owned and operated by Getlink, which also operates the Channel Tunnel infrastructure.
