The Parliamentary Workplace Support Service (PWSS) is a support body that assists with handling workplace matters and complaints within the Australian parliament.
Led by a chief executive, the agency provides guidance and referral options for complaints involving parliamentarians and parliamentary staff. In cases where the PWSS is unable to directly address specific allegations owing to the circumstances or nature of the claim, it can provide referral pathways, such as directing matters to the Independent Parliamentary Standards Commission (IPSC).
