Piotr Arkadiusz Serafin is a Polish politician and lawyer. He has served as the European Commissioner for Budget, Anti-Fraud and Public Administration since December 2024.

The commissioner’s portfolio includes managing and negotiating the European Union budget. During discussions on the EU’s proposed 2028–2034 long-term budget, Serafin warned that proposed cuts could reduce the bloc’s ability to act jointly.
