Roman Arkadyevich Abramovich (born 24 October 1966) is a Russian businessperson and politician. He was governor of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug from 2000 to 2008 and formerly owned Chelsea Football Club, a professional football club based in West London.
A BBC Panorama investigation produced with the Bureau of Investigative Journalism examined how advisers, including Deloitte, allegedly helped conceal Abramovich’s wealth.
