StepChange Debt Charity is a debt counselling charity in the United Kingdom and the trading name of the Foundation for Credit Counselling. It was formerly known as the Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS).

The charity provides free debt advice and money-management support online and by telephone. Its chief executive, Vikki Brownridge, has advised people to get full, free and impartial debt advice and explore their options before deciding how to deal with debts.
