William Terence Lankshear (born 20 April 2005) is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker for Middlesbrough in the EFL Championship.

Lankshear developed at Tottenham Hotspur, where he scored 23 goals for the under-23 side in the 2023–24 Premier League 2 season and appeared for the senior team in the 2024–25 UEFA Europa League campaign. He joined Middlesbrough from Tottenham in the summer on a five-year contract, after scoring 12 league goals on loan at Oxford United.

In reporting on his start at Middlesbrough, Lankshear was compared with Harry Kane for his route through Tottenham and the Football League, his physical stature and his finishing. These comparisons reflect commentators’ views rather than an established equivalence between the players.
